Who we are
seven-seas (public-facing name: Seven Seas), enterprise number BE 0752.750.385, is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy policy. For questions, you can reach us at info@seven-seas.be.
What data we collect
Through the contact form we receive your name, email address, message and optional company name, together with the page from which you submit the request. We use this information to understand and answer your question.
The form is technically processed by Formspree, an external service that acts as a processor and forwards the submission to our email address. Formspree may process technical data such as your IP address in doing so, in line with their own privacy policy.
Retention period
We retain the details of your enquiry for as long as necessary to answer it and conclude any resulting arrangements or ongoing discussions. If your enquiry does not lead to a working relationship and no further follow-up is needed, we delete the details. If you become a client, we retain the information needed to perform our agreement. Where a statutory retention obligation applies to specific records, we follow the applicable legal period. Such an obligation does not mean that all information in your enquiry is kept for that same period.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your personal data, or object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent. Contact info@seven-seas.be to exercise your rights.
You can also contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
