We come by and see whether it clicks. Without that, this makes no sense. The conversation is free.
Agreeing a rhythm
How often, in what form and about what. That can be monthly or quarterly, and it is not fixed forever.
Helping where needed
If work comes out of it that nobody picks up, we agree whether we do it.

Not necessarily. Some owners see us monthly, others call when something comes up. We agree what suits you.
Do we work with one of you or both?
We look at that together. Wim mainly takes on sales, IT and finance, Ilona marketing, recruitment and operations. For strategy we are both there.
