Your business is growing, but the structure is straining

Revenue is up and yet everything runs slower. That is not failure, that is what growth does to an organisation built for a smaller company.

Does this sound familiar?

Revenue rises, but everything takes longer. New people have to be trained by someone who has no time for it. Agreements live in people’s heads instead of in a way of working. And you are still involved in every file.

Growth exposes what used to work because five people could patch it up. With fifteen that no longer holds, and with thirty it becomes expensive.

What we usually find

Sales depends on individuals

Revenue comes in because a few people know their customers, not because there is a way of working. If one of them leaves, the revenue leaves with them.

Nobody knows who decides

Responsibilities grew with the company instead of being designed. So every decision ends up back with the owner.

Work that lives in people’s heads

How something gets done is known by whoever always does it. Onboarding takes months and the same mistakes keep returning.

What we then do

First we get clear on the growth you actually want. More of the same is something else than new customers, new markets or new services, and each of those asks for a different organisation. That can be a short exercise or a full two-day session.

Then the work itself: organising sales so it no longer hangs on two people, setting responsibilities and writing down working methods your people will actually use. We take on agreed parts of that, alongside your team.

How it works

A first conversation

We come to you and listen. What exactly is growing, and where does it start to chafe? That conversation is free and commits you to nothing.

Agreeing what we do

We decide together which part we take on, how much time it needs and what it costs. That is settled before we start.

Getting to work

We work alongside the people doing the job. At agreed moments we check whether it is moving and adjust.

What we bring

We took over staffing company Staffing through a management buy-out and grew it to thirty million euros in revenue within two years. So we know how it feels when structure lags behind growth, and what to tackle first.

Practical questions

Do we need a strategy exercise first?

No. If you already know which way you want to go, we get straight to the work. A strategy exercise helps when the direction itself is unclear.

Do you work with our team or beside it?

With your team. Working methods imposed from outside disappear the moment we leave. What people helped shape, stays.

How long does this take?

It depends on what you hand over. Setting up a sales approach is something else than revising the whole operation. Time and fee are agreed beforehand.
