About Wim
An entrepreneur since the age of 21
Wim founded his first business at 21. He sold it, and several more ventures followed. In 2009 he met Ilona.
Together they founded Fizzle, took over Staffing through a management buy-out and grew it to €30 million in revenue. At Caractère, they changed the business model during COVID: from selling through travel agencies to selling directly to the end customer.
At Seven Seas, Wim mainly takes on sales, IT and finance. He shapes vision and strategy together with Ilona.
